Terms of payment and shipping costs

All orders are sent with DHL. Payment is made either in advance or PayPal

 

Flat rate shipping costs

All orders are delivered free of charge in Germany.

 

Payment in advance

After receiving your order, we will check again whether everything is available immediately. You will then receive an email in which we will give you our bank details and the exact amount. As soon as the money has been credited to our account, we will immediately send you the items you have ordered.

Guarantee

Only accept unopened and undamaged packages.

Should the delivered article have obvious material or manufacturing defects, including transport damage, this should be reported to us or to the courier immediately. Failure to submit a complaint, however, has no consequences for your legal claims. For all defects in your purchased goods that occur during the statutory warranty period, the statutory claims for supplementary performance, for the removal of defects / new delivery and, if the legal requirements are met, the further claims for reduction in price or withdrawal as well as compensation for damages, including compensation for the damage instead of fulfillment and the replacement of yours futile expenses. Please inform us immediately.
