Terms of Service

1. Terms of payment and shipping costs

All orders are sent with DHL. Payment is made either in advance or PayPal

 

Flat rate shipping costs

All orders are delivered free of charge in Germany.

After receiving your order, we will check again whether everything is available immediately. You will then receive an email in which we will give you our bank details and the exact amount. As soon as the money has been credited to our account, we will send you the ordered items immediately.

Guarantee

Only accept unopened and undamaged packages.

Should the delivered article have obvious material or manufacturing defects, including transport damage, this should be reported to us or to the courier immediately. Failure to submit a complaint does not, however, affect your legal claims. For all defects in your purchased goods that occur during the statutory warranty period, the statutory claims for supplementary performance, for the removal of defects / new delivery and, if the legal requirements are met, the further claims for reduction in price or withdrawal as well as compensation for damages, including compensation for damage instead of fulfillment and replacement of your own futile expenses. Please inform us immediately.

2. Prices

The prices in our online shop are in EURO including VAT (currently 19% or 7% for books and magazines).

 

 

 

 

3. Delivery time

As a rule, we deliver goods in stock throughout Germany within 2-5 working days. Deliveries abroad can take 1-2 weeks, depending on the country. Goods that first have to be reordered have a correspondingly longer delivery time. If this is the case with the goods / articles you have ordered, we will inform you.

Consequences of cancellation

In the event of an effective revocation, the mutually received services must be returned and any benefits (e.g. interest) surrendered. If you cannot return the received service in whole or in part, or if you can only return it in a deteriorated condition, you may have to compensate us for the value. This does not apply to the surrender of items if the deterioration of the item is solely due to its inspection - as it would have been possible for you in a shop, for example. In addition, you can avoid the obligation to pay compensation for a deterioration caused by the intended use of the item by not using the item as if you were your own property and by refraining from anything that could impair its value. Transportable items are to be returned at our risk. You have to bear the costs of returning the goods if the goods delivered correspond to the goods ordered and if the price of the goods to be returned does not exceed an amount of 40 euros or if you have not yet received the consideration or contractually at a higher price for the goods at the time of cancellation have made the agreed partial payment. Otherwise, the return is free for you. Items that cannot be sent as a parcel will be picked up from you. Obligations to reimburse payments must be fulfilled within 30 days. General information 1. Please avoid damaging and contaminating the goods. If possible, please send the goods back to us in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use a protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please use suitable packaging to provide adequate protection against damage in transit.

2. Please do not send the goods back to us carriage forward, if possible. We will be happy to have the goods picked up from you free of charge, provided that you do not have to bear the postage costs yourself.

3. Please note that the aforementioned numbers 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of withdrawal.

 

5. Retention of Title

The goods remain the property of Hüsken Distribution until they have been paid for in full
